A quattro anni di distanza dalla pubblicazione del primo album, i due mc partenopei ritornano con il nuovo album “Vita bona”, pubblicato il 6 novembre 2009. I toni dell’esordio del 2005, carichi e scuri per la necessità del momento, in “Vita bona” si manifestano come background di un’analisi più introspettiva, si attenuano nell’intento di smuovere, evidenziando con un auspicio positivo le potenzialità costruttive, l’orgoglio di un popolo un po’ sopito, indifferente e comunque inerme davanti alla pessima pubblicità mediatica degli ultimi anni in cui il napoletano fa tendenza perché ignorante e fa share perché violento. L’incontro con un giovane talento come il produttore Guido Parisi e la crescita stilistica di Luchè danno un nuovo volto alle produzioni, a tratti pervase dal calore tipico dei Seventies, in altri momenti più al passo con le influenze elettroniche recenti; una simile evoluzione è presente nelle liriche, più elaborate e consapevoli. Nel disco sono presenti importanti collaborazioni con i Fuossera e Monsi Du 6, la voce soul di Raiz, Marracash, il rapper dominicano El Koyote e la star internazionale dell’hip hop francese Akhenaton. È un disco deciso e carico di sentimenti, non quelli cantati tipici della tradizione neomelodica napoletana, ma di rabbia, vita e, talvolta, anche d’amore. I Co’Sang rappresentano la gente di strada, quella verace, che ha la parola come unica arma per uscire dalla vita dei palazzi popolari o dalla malavita stessa. Sono racconti che vivono perché conoscono il male ma che sperano sempre nella democrazia e nella giustizia. Hanno provato a raccontare la realtà che li circonda, quella dei quartieri partenopei quella che, successivamente, il grande Roberto Saviano avrebbe fatto conoscere a tutt’Italia.
